Mogaveera Vyavasthapaka Mandali (MVM), the parent organization was established in the year 1902. It has completed 118 glorious years of Academic, Socio-Economic and Cultural Excellence. The MVM has been awarded the Karnataka Rajyotsava Prashasti for 2012 by Karnataka State Government.

MVM has a history of sponsoring scholarship as early as 1902 and started imparting education since 1909. Education refers to the intellectual and moral training that systematically enlarges the spheres of knowledge, skills, develops the character as well as mental faculties of the students leading to the evolution of a definite pattern on relationship between an individual and the society. We believe in systematic process of teaching, training and guiding our students to excel in their studies. Education leads to enlightment which aims in liberation of ones ego helping the students to come out of petty issues and take a broad view of life. It leads to understanding the cause and effect of principles that governs various aspects of nature leading to think and understand complex ideas/ issues We at MVM give equal importance to sports and extracurricular activities which contributes to fitness, mental and physical growth helping the students to learn and maintain the mental balance in the midst of hopes and despair developing in them team spirits increasing ones capability and efficiency. It also inculcates good values and characters in students. Hence MVM has started joint venture with Brid Sports Academy to promote sports making the students excel in sports together with studies leading to all round carrier growth.
