The Rotaract Club of M V Mandali’s College of Commerce & Science, in partnership with the Entrepreneurial Cell, hosted an event titled “ENTREPRENEURIAL SPARK” on March 10th, 2022, running from 11:00 am to 04:00 pm. The objective of this event was to nurture and highlight the entrepreneurial skills of the college students.

The event commenced with an inaugural ceremony overseen by a distinguished member of the Management Committee, together with Dr. Gopal Kalkoti, the Principal .

They personally interacted with each participant, gaining insights into their business strategies and plans.

Students set up diverse stalls featuring products ranging from food and milkshakes to jewelry, strategically designed to attract a broad audience. They effectively promoted their offerings, engaged in peer negotiations, and handled customer inquiries with finesse.

The event saw active participation from students across various academic levels, along with enthusiastic support from faculty and staff. Students not only actively engaged in the event but also motivated their peers, aiming to maximize their profits. They also meticulously planned and budgeted their stall expenses, gaining practical experience in financial management.

“ENTREPRENEURIAL SPARK” provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their creativity and business acumen. Participants gained hands-on experience in crucial areas such as accounting, customer relations, marketing, product design, and strategic planning. This practical exposure was instrumental in bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world application, offering invaluable insights into entrepreneurship.
